For 3 lever locks, a 57mm backset mortice lock is standard in Australia, '1131'. A 46mm backset, '1130'  is also available too.
For 5 lever locks - we recommend Jacksons Locks, a 60mm backset mortice lock is standard in Australia, 'JM560'. A 46mm backset, 'JM546' is also available too.
